Hot Waxing: Base must be clean & dry. Hot wax your base with the temperature specific wax for best results. Let wax cool completely and scrape with a plastic scraper. Brush out remaining wax from base and polish smooth.

Triangle scrapers offer more sharp edges to use.

Our 6 inch long, clear, ultra thick snowboard wax scraper is made from 1/4" thick high grade acrylic producing a super sharp edge and the extra thick material is heavy duty and has zero flex.  Acrylic is a better material than simple plastic because of the ability to get a sharp edge.  If the edge gets built up with wax or starts to feel dull run it across a steel file or some sand paper to sharpen it back up.  Notched corner allows for easy cleaning of wax off your steel edges. All you need to get the job done.

Our 12 inch long snowboard wax scraper allows you to cover a lot of ground with each pass.  Made from 1/8" thick high grade acrylic producing a super sharp edge.  Acrylic is a better material than simple plastic because of the ability to get a sharp edge.  If the edge gets built up with wax or starts to feel dull run it across a steel file or some sand paper to sharpen it back up.  Notched corner allows for easy cleaning of wax off your steel edges. Instructions:

1. Select correct temperature specific wax by checking mountain conditions/snow report...(actual snow temperature, not air).

2. Press wax on the iron and distribute small drips of wax over the entire base. DO NOT ALLOW IRON TO SMOKE!

3. With iron in hand, slowly pull the iron over the wax drips smoothing them into a sheet of wax that covers the entire base tip to tail.

4. Let the wax cool 10-15 minutes, then scrape with a sharp plastic scraper. DO NOT USE a steel scraper.

5. Use a wax brush or fiber pad, remove excess wax from base, brushing from tip to the tail. This allows your base to glide fast. 

Keep your foot where it should be.

We mold and then produce these pads in our Belfair Factory!

Instructions: 

1. Clean board surface and dry completely. Use ONEBALL base cleaner, rubbing alcohol, or another solvent may be needed to get off dirt. Let the solvent dry for 10 minutes. 

2. Mark area where pad will be placed with pencil first. Peel off backing of pad. Place stomp pad in front of your back foot binding and center edge to edge.

3. Only stick once, do not move, making sure not to damage adhesive. Use your fingers to press on pad with firm pressure. Use a hair dryer or heat source to help the pad stick if you want. 

4. Let stomp pad adhere to board for a minimum of 12 hours before using. Better yet, bring your board inside your house and let the stomp pads rest overnight.

Viper Series snowboard waxes are fast waxes that are easy to apply and will increase your speed and your overall glide in seconds.  This quick application wax is great for applying to your board in the parking lot before you ride if you haven't waxed your board recently.  Or carry it in your pocket and apply mid day to improve your glide if you feel like your board is sticking or slow. 

To apply rub wax on, polish with attached cork on back of packaging & haul ass.

This is an all temperature that works best in warm to cool snow conditions. Optimal Snow Temperature 28º to 21ºF (-2º to -6ºC)

2. Take the string part of the leash and loop it through a hole some place on the base-plate of your front foot binding. Loop the leash back through the loop you pushed through the hole and pull tight! Your leash should now be attached to your binding. If it's not, you need to work on it and get some help. 

3. When you strap on your bindings, strap the leash to your front boot just above or below the ankle strap or on the laces if available. If you have a smaller leash, you would use the snap clasp at the end of the leash to snap onto the metal D ring that is fixed to your laces or even you're laces themselves. Replace when and if the leash becomes worn out.

Rub On: Apply wax to base by hand and cover completely. Use a waxing cork to polish wax into base with firm pressure. A scraper can be used and then use a waxing brush to polish the base...horse hair brush is best for this.

Our own high concentrated blend of natural citrus oils that removes wax and dirt in seconds from the base. It's excellent at cleaning anything! Including, floors, countertops, and equipment.

Use: Squirt on, let sit for a couple minutes and wipe off. Place used rags and towels outside. Keep away from children and pets. Do not allow to puddle on plastics.
